- Ramanathan is the Head – sales & structure responsible for setting up and driving the fixed income business with the primary focus on Institutional investors.
- Has more than 14 years of diverse work experience in the financial services space with NBFC, Third party Distribution & Mutual Funds.
- Has been with RCAM since November 2000 and is actively involved in various organization wide initiatives.
- Serves as a visiting faculty in BSE Training institute related to investment in mutual funds, debt & derivatives.
- Has done BSC (Mathematics) and PGDBM specializing in marketing.

Bhaiya - Fund Manager
- Siddhartha is a Fund Manager with Reliance PMS. He has over 6 years of experience into Equity research and Equity Fund management.
- Siddhartha is a multi-sector Equity Market specialist, with a focus on both top-down thematic/sectoral allocation as well as bottom-up stock selection.
- From May 2006 to November 2007 - Research Analyst with Reliance Mutual Fund.
- From April 2005 to May 2006 - Research Analyst with Principal PNB AMC PVT. Ltd.
- From November 2003 to April 2005 - Research Analyst with Stratcap securities.
- From September 2002 to November 2003 - Research Analyst with Sushil Finance.
- Siddhartha is a commerce graduate, and also holds Chartered Accountant degree to his credit.
